Dollies - Part 9

Sorry for the long "Dolly" hiatus. I have been so busy with work since I started my new job. And there's a downside to that.

It's called "Not Being Inspired".

At all!

I literally had to force myself to pick up pencil to paper to get my creative mind working again.

Without it, I just didn't feel like myself.

Fortunately, I wasn't that rusty in terms of drawing. But ideas on what to dress my dollies were not coming to mind.

So I had to look around, and ended up being mildly inspired by Red Valentino's Fall 2013 collection.

I just thought the whole collection was young and cute.

Very me actually. 

If only I can afford it!

I guess that will do for now. Hopefully I'll have more ideas in the near future.

The Brady Bunch

I love braids.

To me they evoke a certain kind of softness and innocence.

There's always a mixture of medieval and hippie when I see braids.

I think it's perfect for this season.

Happy 23rd Birthday Blonde Ambition

23 years ago, Blonde Ambition was unleashed and shocked the whole world. 

Even the Pope believed Satan was released into the world the 2nd time.

All of a sudden, the world started to pay more attention to Madonna. I believe she was crowned Queen because of this world tour. It was ground-breaking. 

And let's not forget the breath-taking Gaultier costumes.

And the iconic ponytail.

Thank you for showing the world  and changing how live performances are done.

I'm so excited.....I just can't hide it!

I'm super excited about this. 

Goddess Kylie Minogue has tweeted that a number of the new tracks she recorded

 for her upcoming album would be great for the treadmill. Which means one thing :- A lot of upbeat tracks going on. And that's always good news to majority of Kylie fans ie. moi.

I am getting really excited about this new era. Especially now that she's signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation. Fingers crossed good things will come.
