Paris Fashion Week - Fall 2014 (part 1)

Sorry for the slight delay.

Had stuff to do over the weekend.

Anyway, finally Paris Fashion Week is here!
I always get excited because everything seems so comforting
when I see models stroll down the runway during PFW.
As much as I love the other looks from NY, London and Milan,
Paris always seem to say "There, there...everything is ok."
Call me crazy but it does!

So here they are. My first part of favourite looks from
PFW FAll 2014

Alexis Mabille

Ann Demeulemeester

Anthony Vaccarello

Balenciaga

Balmain

Dries Van Noten

Rochas

I am SO loving Alexander Wang's designs for Balenciaga.
Modern through and through.

Stay tuned for part 2 tomorrow.

XOXO

New York Fashion Week - Fall 2014 (Part 1)

Had a rough weekend.
But I managed to keep on track with the latest New York Fashion Week for Fall 2014.

Here are a couple of my fave looks so far.

BCBG Max Azria

Tadashi Shoji

Jason Wu

Rag & Bone

Prabal Gurung

Mara Hoffman

Personally I love Mara Hoffman's collection.
For Fall 2014, she was inspired by Moroccan rugs, Egyptian camels,
and Northern Africa.
A combo rich with colours, culture and details.

Stay tuned for more goodies in Part 2 really soon.

XOXO

And here comes the Wang!

Once again, big apologies for no updates in recent months.
I have been swarmed with work.

I even missed the whole of Fall 2013 fashion week. What an abomination!

But I managed to catch Alexander Wang's debut at Balenciaga.
I'll have to say Two Thumbs Up to the guy.

You can tell he still retained his signature throughout the whole collection. But it was a more refined version. And the good thing is that he still kept Cristóbal Balenciaga in mind, and it looked like he studied well before proceeding with the whole collection.

And here are my top favourite looks.
